Application notes:
1. After the main agent and hardener are mixed, the exothermic reaction will produce high temperature and rapid hardening, and the more the blending amount, the faster the heat will be generated. Therefore, the maximum blending amount is limited to 1kg main agent and 1kg hardening agent each time. If too much, such as main agent 10kg+ When adding 10kg of hardener, the resin may burst due to high heat reaction, so please do not use too much at one time.
2. Always check and calibrate the temperature measuring device installed on the machine for temperature deviation. When the temperature exceeds 35℃, in order to extend the working time, the amount of B glue can be reduced by 10-20%, but it should not exceed this limit, or A glue is placed in a 5℃ refrigerator in advance to cool down, and then B glue is mixed, but the viscosity changes at low temperatures. Large and difficult to pour out.
3. Glue A and Glue B must be mixed completely and evenly. Even if only a small part of Glue A and B are mixed unevenly, it will still cause adhesion failure, especially in winter. Please make sure to mix well. It is recommended that the glue is mixed for 10 minutes Stir again afterwards.
4. Please select the most suitable type of glue based on factors such as ambient temperature, required use time and curing speed.
