GROUNDING INSTRUCTIONS
The appliance must be grounded, if it should malfunction or breakdown, grounding provides a path of least resistance for electric current to reduce the risk of electric shock. This appliance is equipped with a cord having equipment-ground conductor and grounding plug. The plug must be inserted into an appropriate outlet that is properly installed and grounded in accordance with all local codes and ordinances. WARNING – Improper connection of the equipment-grounding conductor can result in a risk of electric shock. Check with a qualified electrician or service person if you are in doubt as to whether the outlet is properly grounded. Do not modify the plug provided with the appliance – if it will not fit the outlet; have a proper outlet installed by a qualified electrician. For grounded, cord-connected appliances: This appliance is for use on a circuit having a normal rating more than 120 volt and is factory-equipped with a specific electric cord and plug to permit connection to a proper electric circuit. Make sure that the appliance is connected to an outlet having the same configuration as the plug. No adaptor should be used with this appliance. If the appliance must be reconnected for use on a different type of electric circuit, qualified service personnel should make the reconnection. For a permanently connected appliance: This appliance must be connected to a grounded metal, permanent wiring system; or an equipment-grounding conductor must be run with the circuit conductors and connected to the equipment grounding terminal or lead on the appliance.

Installation steps(THIS STEP FOR BOTH MODEL FMS400&FM400A )
STEP-1
1. Put two Movable wheels (A) and two Fixing wheels (B) under the base, and tighten them by M6X12 hex bolts.
2. Put the Right Stand Board (C) and Left Stand Board (D) to the base, and use the M8X12 hex bolts to tighten them.
3. Tighten the Right & Left Stand Board (C&D) to Base (F) by the Hex Bolt M8x12.
4. Use the cap screw M8X20 to fix the handle (G) on the right & left Stand Board (C&D).
5. Use the Phillips Head Screw M3X10 to fix the Pressure Gage (H) to the right Stand Board (C), then put the inside thread elbow (I) and elbow connect
STEP-2
Put the Bracket (A) between the two blocks of reducer sleeve, and use the Hex screw M8X16 to fix the Caster Filter (B) and Main housing ( C) together.
STEP -3
Four peoples lift the Main Housing Assembly (B), then put it (B) to the Right Stand Board (C) and Left Stand Board (D), use the Flange Bolt M8X20 to tighten.
STEP-4 Use the V -type clamp (￠520) to tighten the Reducing House and Housing (C ) together.
STEP-5
1. Fix the four casters (A) to the Collecting Drum (C). 2. Insert the Phillips Head Screw M8*20 to the Handle (E) and Collecting Drum (C), use the Nut (M8) to tighten them.
STEP 6
1. Put the Inlet (A) to the Housing (B), and use the Phillips Head Screw M5x8 to tighten them.
2. Tighten the Hose (F) to the Reducing house ( D) by Hose clamp (C ), and tighten the another end of Hose (F) to the Drum Lid ( E).
3. Fix the Quick Handle ( G) to the Reducing House (D) by Phillips Head Screw M5X8. And use the Nut M10 to fix the another end of the Quick Handle ( G) to the Drum Lid ( E).
TEP 7
1. Fix the switch box to the main houseing(B) by the Phillips head screw M8x12.
2. Tighten the collector bag(C) to the casister filer(D) by the bag clamp (F).
3. Fix the Semicylinder(E) to the left stand board and the right stand board by hte Phillips head screw M5x8.
